I am always looking for new cookie recipes. I love cookies. There probably isn’t one I wouldn’t try. And I like cookies that make a big batch. Maybe because I like to share – so I will have plenty to give and a few to keep. These are great. A nice crunch, but a little chewy in the middle and lots of chocolate. This is another great brunch/breakfast idea. I served it once at a bridal brunch I hosted and it was a big hit. It is also a great way to get your kids to eat something that is good for them. I love this recipe. My sister made this for me on one of her visits back home. It was my birthday and Mother’s Day all on the same day so she did a special brunch and this was part of the meal.
