Frozen Inspiration

Like so many of you with little children or grandchildren, my grandchildren were in Frozen frenzy mode last year. When my oldest turned four last December I got inspired to make her a cake with “ice”.

I watched some YouTube videos and decided to give it a whirl. I was surprised at how easy it was and fun. I flavored mine with a touch of orange extract in case anyone wanted to sample some and it was pretty good. And the “ice” made the cake pretty too just want a four-year-old little girl wants.

Don’t be afraid to try something new. You might just surprise yourself. And, you know what -even if it doesn’t look perfect it will still be delicious.
