Lori’s Grape Salad

My friend Lori gave this recipe to me. It is a great fruit salad for when you want to bring something different to the table, to a friend’s, or to a potluck. I especially like it when I am serving something spicy. Its
cooling effect is a really nice counterbalance to the heat. I served it this fall when I did a mini-Mexican Fiesta for extended family and it was a big hit. I bet it will be a hit at your house too. Enjoy.
Ingredients
2 lbs. red seedless grapes
2 lbs. green seedless grapes
8 ou. sour cream
8 ou. cream cheese softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
walnuts or crushed pretzels (about ¼ cup or more if you like)
Directions
Wash grapes and put into a pretty serving bowl, mixing them up so the colors vary. Set aside.
Mix together sour cream, cream cheese, ½ cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over grapes. Sprinkle the finely chopped walnuts or pretzels over top and serve.
