Fiesta Ranch Dip

Katie is a friend and co-worker. She brings this dish to work whenever there is something to celebrate - which seems to be quite often. I am lucky enough to work with a group of fun, caring, individuals and we love to celebrate everything! When Katie brings this dip to work there is NEVER one scoop left. Never. For your next gathering give this a try. You won't be disappointed and neither will your guests. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 packet of Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip
1-10 ounce can of Rotel Original* (drained)
1-7 ounce can Green Giant Mexicorn (drained)
16 ounces of sour cream
1 cup finely shredded cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Chill in fridge for one hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or raw veggies.
* Rotel tomatoes with green chilies is a fun option too.
