Who doesn’t like banana bread? I think every kid has grown eating it. My mom used to make it simple and straight (no extra goodies) but she would cut a thick slice and spread butter over the top before giving it to me. I still love it this way. I make this for my son. He loves Muenster cheese and of course homemade bread and when I saw this recipe I knew it would be right up his alley.
