Spinach Cheese Bars

We enjoy going to outdoor summer concerts. We meet friends and it has become kind of a tapas party as everyone brings something to share. This is a great recipe to pass because it can be served warm, cold or room temperature. It is super easy, super quick, and super delish! Enjoy.

Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (small box type in grocery freezer) thawed and excess water squeezed out.
1-cup milk
1-cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup butter, softened
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly in a greased, 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cut into small squares and serve.
